What does it cost candidates to work with you?

Nothing. We're paid by the employer when a placement is made. You'll never receive an invoice from us.

What does it cost employers?

Our fee is a percentage of the placed candidate's first-year salary, paid only upon a successful hire. We'll quote you a rate when we discuss the search.

Do you do temp or contract staffing?

No. We focus exclusively on permanent, direct-hire placements. If you need a contract workforce, we can point you in the right direction, but it's not what we do.

What industries do you recruit in?

Engineering, construction, information technology, and operations. If your role doesn't fit one of those four, we'll tell you upfront rather than take the search and underdeliver.

How long does a typical search take?

It depends on the role and market conditions. Most of our searches produce initial candidates within two to three weeks. We'll give you a realistic timeline at the start.

I'm not actively looking but open to the right thing. Should I reach out?

Yes. Passive candidates are often the best ones. We keep conversations confidential and won't approach your employer or make any move without your explicit go-ahead.
