We built a smaller firm on purpose.

Mid-Atlantic Talent was founded because we believed permanent placement could be done with more care, more context, and less noise. It's a smaller operation by design, not by default.

Our Story

Why we started and what we're trying to do.

Most staffing firms grow until the thing that made them good gets buried under process. The personal relationships turn into account management. The genuine advocacy turns into throughput metrics. Recruiters get assigned more searches than they can work properly, and the candidate and the client both feel it.

We've watched that happen from the inside. Mid-Atlantic Talent was built to prove that permanent placement doesn't need a hundred-person office or a CRM quota to work well. It needs people who know the industries they're recruiting in, who take the time to understand both sides of each search, and who stay involved long enough to know the placement actually worked out.

We're based in the Washington DC-Baltimore Metro Area. We work across the region. And we stay in our four verticals because going narrow means going deep, and deep is what makes placements stick.
